Shipping policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out within 6 to 12 business day departure from our Distribution Center which also include orders process on weekends.
All packages are shipped via UPS. No P.O. Boxes please.
Expedited and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day, pending product availability and credit card approval, and as long as the order is placed before 3 PM PST.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. We will not be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.
Once you select your preferred delivery method, the website will calculate automatically the shipping cost for the selected option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
We calculate shipping rates at the time of checkout, we ship to most countries although shipping availability may be limited by carrier!

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Taxes and Customs
All international packages are subject to duties and taxes by the local customs authority. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. The amount of duties, customs, and taxes are determined by the country. Paulandjoe.us does not collect duties and taxes during the order transaction process. Please check with the local carrier for duties and taxes.
If you refuse a shipment from Paulandjoe.us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that are incurred upon delivery. These charges are not refunded to you.
For your protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
