SHIPPING AND RETURNS
ORDERS AND REFUND POLICY
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to California. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Paulandjoe.us accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB. Paulandjoe.us does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
You are able to cancel your order as long as the products have not shipped. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it. You can also contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1.310.270.4620 for help in cancelling your order.
Regularly priced items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in their original, unaltered, unworn and unwashed condition, with all tags attached, and a copy of the original invoice. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box in their original condition. All sales of cosmetics are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise that meet the conditions above can be exchanged for other items or a credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges past the time frames outlined above.
TO MAKE A RETURN, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know which items you are sending back and if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. State the exact reason for the refund/exchange. We will reply to your email with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and shipping instructions.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Paul & Joe reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. The customer is required to pay shipping on all return orders. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing of returned items.
PAUL & JOE ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at any other store selling Paul & Joe merchandise cannot be returned to Paulandjoe.us.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via UPS. No P.O. Boxes please. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day, pending product availability and credit card approval, and as long as the order is placed before 3 PM PST.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. We will not be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.
Once you select your preferred delivery method, the website will calculate automatically the shipping cost for the selected option.
For international orders, the shipping costs provided do NOT include all duties, taxes and brokerage fees that international customers may incur upon delivery. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes, as well as return shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
